Many couples are able to plan most of their wedding themselves, but desire to keep the day itself stress free. With "Day Of" wedding coordination, brides and grooms who have spent so much time attending to details can relax and experience their wedding day as a guest.

Our “Day Of” wedding package begins a full two months prior to your big day. There are two reasons for this. First, we believe this amount of time is necessary for the bride and groom to communicate their vision of the day to their planner, and for the planner to double check all the details and draw up an accurate wedding blueprint. Second, our “Day Of” couples feel confident and stress free sooner, so they can participate joyfully in all of their pre-wedding activities.

Our basic “Day Of” wedding package includes:

• Two consultations with the couple
• Review of vendor contracts and vendor confirmation
• Preparation of what we call a wedding “blueprint,” a detailed map of your wedding day plans that will allow us to effectively manage your wedding weekend from rehearsal to reception tear down
• Creation and distribution of a wedding weekend itinerary for all wedding vendors and major participants (e.g. members of the wedding party)
• Ceremony rehearsal
• Two staff members on the wedding day itself

You can combine the “Day Of” package with other Flourish services - add some consultation meetings to strategize about your theme, décor, budget, and to get vendor referrals.
